Casa Maria Cristina is located in the center of Praiano, in the Vettica Maggiore hamlet. Praiano is located in the heart of the Amalfi Coast, halfway between Amalfi and Positano, with the Lattari Mountains behind it and the Gulf of Salerno in front. There are 3 rooms, including two double bedrooms (the double beds can be separated into single beds) and a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a kitchen and 2 bathrooms with shower. In one of the double bedrooms it is possible to add an extra bed for a third person or a cot. Casa Maria Cristina is located on the 3rd and last floor of a multi-family building built in terraces, typical for the Amalfi Coast. It has 90 square meters of living space + 35 square meters of terrace. Casa Maria Cristina is located near the bus stop, shops of all kinds, restaurants and bars. There is the possibility of free parking on the roadside starting from 200 m from the house, for a fee in the blue lines at 50 m. From the large panoramic terrace you have view over the sea, view towards Positano and the Peninsula of Sorrento with Capri on horizon. The house is equipped with air conditioning and heating, the kitchen is equipped with a 5-burner gas hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, electric oven, microwave oven, American coffee machine, Italian moka and toaster. Also in the house there is a washing machine, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, safe, board games, books, WIFI internet connection. By paying a supplement it is possible to use a third bedroom (single) and the garden with above-ground swimming pool, equipped with table and chairs, deck chairs and BBQ grill. The garden, despite the apartment being on the third floor, is on the same level. The swimming pool is open from June to October.
